📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at 79 Franklin Press! We’re excited to get our books and goodies into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • Select international destinations

If your location isn’t supported at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

🚚 ESTIMATED Processing Times

  • Books & Print Products: Ships within 3–5 business days.

  • Merchandise (Mugs, Apparel, etc.): Ships within 5–7 business days.

  • Digital Products: Available for download immediately after purchase (check your email for the link!).

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We use third party POD printers for some of our books and merchandise. The estimated processing times listed are based on these companies' policies. 

📦 ESTIMATED Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Here’s what to expect:

International Standard 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or busy seasons. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to average delivery times via the U.S. Postal Service, which has been under attack and underfunded by our own government. We love the USPS and believe they are doing their absolute best to get everything to you in a safe and timely manner. 

💌 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs, but we will do our best to help if something goes wrong. If your package seems lost or significantly delayed, please email us at info@79franklinpress.com with your order number.

📦 Local Delivery or Pickup (Optional Section)

We offer free local delivery or pickup in Bloomington, Indiana! Just choose your preferred option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to schedule.

📭 Preorders

If your order contains a preorder, we’ll ship the entire order once all items are ready. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

🌱 Sustainable Shipping

Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly materials for packaging and printing. Thanks for helping us care for the planet!
